Ideal for tents and family days — grass takes stakes, kids can run, and it photographs well for the internal newsletter. Check the sprinkler schedule. We have set up on more than one soaked lawn because nobody thought to shut the irrigation off the night before.

Office park common areas

Common for energy corridor and Sugar Land office parks. You will almost certainly need building-management sign-off, and they will ask for a certificate of insurance. Ask for that early — it is the thing that delays corporate bookings more often than anything on our end.
