We carry four table styles to fit different event layouts and group sizes.
6ft Rectangular Tables — $10 each
The 6ft Table is our most versatile option. It comfortably seats 6–8 guests and works for everything from dining to buffet lines to registration tables. These are the standard folding banquet tables you see at most events — sturdy, easy to set up, and easy to arrange in rows, U-shapes, or clusters depending on your layout.
60" Round Tables — $14 each
The 60" Round Table seats 8–10 guests and is ideal for seated meals where you want guests facing each other for conversation. Round tables are a popular choice for weddings, graduation dinners, and holiday gatherings. Pair them with our 108" Round Polyester Tablecloth ($10) for a clean, polished look.
32" Plastic Cocktail Tables — $14 each
The 32" Plastic Cocktail Table is a standing-height table designed for mingling rather than seated dining. These are perfect for cocktail hours, networking events, and receptions where guests are moving around. They also work well as accent tables for drinks, appetizers, or guest books.
4ft Kid Tables — $10 each
The 4ft Kid Table is sized specifically for children. Set up a dedicated kids' area at your event with kid tables and Kid White Plastic Chairs ($2.50 each) so the little ones have their own space to eat, color, or do crafts while the adults enjoy the party.
Chairs We Rent
We offer five chair options at different price points and styles to match the tone of your event.
Black Metal Chairs — $1.75 each
Our Black Metal Chairs are the most affordable option in our lineup. These are durable, stackable folding chairs that work well for casual events, school functions, and any situation where you need a lot of seating on a budget.
Black Plastic Chairs — $2.50 each
Black Plastic Chairs are a step up in comfort from the metal chairs. They're lightweight, easy to move, and have a cleaner look that works for both casual and semi-formal events.
White Plastic Chairs — $2.50 each
White Plastic Chairs are the same style as the black plastic chairs but in white — a popular choice for weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and any event with a lighter color scheme.
Kid White Plastic Chairs — $2.50 each
Kid White Plastic Chairs are child-sized chairs that pair perfectly with our 4ft Kid Tables. These give children a comfortable place to sit at their own height, which is safer and more practical than having them use full-sized chairs.
White Resin Chairs with Padded Seat — $3.75 each
The White Resin Chair with White Vinyl Padded Seat is our premium seating option. These look elegant, feel comfortable for longer events, and are the go-to choice for weddings, formal dinners, and receptions. The padded vinyl seat means guests stay comfortable even during a multi-hour event.
How Many Tables and Chairs Do I Need?
Figuring out how many tables and chairs to rent depends on your guest count and table style. Here's a quick reference:
6ft Rectangular Tables — Seat 6–8 per table. For 40 guests, plan on 5–7 tables.
60" Round Tables — Seat 8–10 per table. For 40 guests, plan on 4–5 tables.
Cocktail Tables — No seating, standing only. For a cocktail-style reception with 40 guests, 4–6 cocktail tables spread throughout the space work well.
Chairs — Order one per guest, plus a few extras. If you're expecting 40 guests, rent 44–48 chairs to be safe.

Yes. We carry a 108" Round Polyester Tablecloth in White that fits our 60" Round Tables. It's $10 per tablecloth.
What's the difference between the chair options?
It comes down to price, comfort, and appearance. The black metal chairs ($1.75) are the most budget-friendly. The plastic chairs ($2.50) are more comfortable and come in black or white. The white resin padded chairs ($3.75) are the premium option — best for weddings and formal events where guests will be seated for longer periods.
